My path has taken me from implementation rooms to internal HR technology teams to independent consulting.
Along the way, I've learned that systems rarely fail because people lack best practices. They fail because real organizations are messy, constraints are real, and technology only works when it fits the people using it.
I help organizations make their HR technology less frustrating and more useful. I bring the technical depth to understand the system, the operational experience to understand the mess around it, and the judgment to know what is actually worth fixing.
Outside of client work, I race half ironmans, volunteer with search and rescue, and build small automations for things that probably don't need automating.
